Construction for the project was overseen by Mars Construction, while the interiors were designed by Southern California-based firm Cadiz Collaboration.

The breakfast and dining area was redesigned to create a more open and welcoming atmosphere for the complimentary breakfast service, while updated outdoor seating areas now offer improved comfort and better access to natural light and ocean breezes. Recognizing the hotel’s close proximity to Hermosa Beach, the renovation additionally included a new outdoor shower area where guests can rinse off after beach visits before relaxing in the property’s hot tub.
