Noteworthy Hampton by Hilton projects coming soon
The first interesting hotel we’d like to highlight is the 16-storey Hampton by Hilton Santiago Las Condes. Set to launch in June 2022, this 187-room hotel will sit on the outskirts of Santiago in Las Condes, the city’s new business district, and form part of a mixed-use complex with residential and retail components. Apart from the guestrooms, there’ll be 13 meeting spaces with high-tech audiovisual capabilities, a 24-hour business centre, a gym and a pool.
Just a short drive from John F Kennedy International Airport, meanwhile, Jamaica Hampton Inn & Suites New York will open its doors by late 2022. Taking over the eastern part of the Jamaica Building, a new mixed-use complex, the hotel will occupy floors three through 19. The first floor will house a lobby, a bar and restaurant, a fitness centre and meeting space, while the second will include an attractive outdoor terrace.
Over in Europe, Hampton by Hilton London Aldgate will launch in a fully refurbished property by Q3 2023. The wide-ranging revamp involves creating a six-storey extension, as well as other modernisation work. Upon completion, this contemporary hotel will offer 278 guestrooms, ample banqueting space and a restaurant.
