More Time for the Hotel Development of Hampton Inn
There is a plan to build a four story Hampton Inn with 81 units at the intersection of Egg Harbor Road and North 12th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay, and it is expected now to take longer time than previously anticipated.
According to the project developer, it will break ground around April or May of next year with a completion date in June of 2026. The financial analysis has been done on the project to secure investors to build the hotel.
The PUD (planned unit development zoning) is hope to started soon. There is a amendment to extend the deadline for the developer to acquire the property from the end of this year to April , and the project’s completion date from the end of next year to June 30, 2026
