II By IV Design wins at SBID Design Award

The Society of British and International Design (SBID) revealed the winners of the 2022 Design Awards on October 21, at the InterContinental London Park Lane.

The awards celebrate design excellence across a broad range of categories spanning Interior Design, Fit-Out and Product: “Winning a SBID International Design Award is a high achievement – they are evaluated by leading industry experts for their technical content and aesthetic creativity while the design-conscious public also have a say in voting for the most inspiring projects,” says the organization.

The Residences of Central Park project, by II By IV Design, received the CGI & Visualisation award in the Interior Design Category.


Located in Toronto, the 12-acre master-planned community of five residential towers connects restaurants, retail, major highways, and public transit—to a network of trails.

The interior design incorporates environmental and sustainable initiatives for a clean, energy-efficient lifestyle, and a composition of elements, materials, and furnishings in warm tones.

“As shown in the visual set, the attention to detail and quality begins at the entrance, continuing to the resort-like amenities and the harmonious suites with captivating views of the beautiful ravine, forested urban neighbourhoods, and Toronto’s growing skyline,” says II BY IV DESIGN.
